Is there a way to get the time accounting over the rest api of each user in a closed ticket.
In the docu, the ‘time_unit’ in the response is from a ticket_article, but in version 2.4 we have no ‘time_unit’ in the api call response?
the only response is in the article response the total time and the ids from ‘ticket_time_accounting_ids’
