# Reset Number Ticket

Hello,  
Currently, when I first started using Zammad, the default ticket number is 98001. Please assist me in resetting it to 00001.

This is not a solution as it removes everything from Zammad. (aka a hard reset to “factory defaults”).

Not sure if this helps at all. The System ID can be in a range in between `10` to `99`. Everything beside that is potentially not working and thus out of scope.

You cannot reset the ticket increments at all.
