# Repository - 500 Internal Error

When trying to update Zammad (I’m using the repository) on the server, I get the following error:

```auto
Failed to fetch https://dl.packager.io/srv/zammad/zammad/downloads/220004?token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJpc3MiOiJkbC5wYWNrYWdlci5pbyIsInN1YiI6InBhY2thZ 2UjMjIwMDA0IiwiaWF0IjoxNjk4NzUwMzE2LCJleHAiOiIxNjk4NzUzOTE2In0.SBIYQ6boFSuU7AcbO9LjSoVmF0HRgEU0QY96D3vuS1s 500 Internal Server Error [IP: 178.63.71.248 443]

```
