Hi,
Here’s what it shows under “Reporting”
From April 14 onwards… tickets created on those days are not showing (upgrade to 2.4 was done late April 13). I think something broke after I did an upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4
Is your elasticsearch running and what version does it have?
This information is gathered from elasticsearch (at least normally)
Elasticsearch is running. Version is 5.6.9
Downgrading elasticsearch to 5.6.8 then rebuilding the index seems to fixed it.
thanks for the input - will check that on my side and if I have the same problem, I’ll open a bug report Glad it works again!
Spoke too soon. After rebooting the server and trying it again I’m now getting this error message.
Check your elasticsearch settings /etc/elasticsearch/jvm.options
make sure that settings:
-Xms2g
-Xmx2g
match your server parameters (ram)
