Reporting for KPI's


  • Used Zammad version: Zammad version 3.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) Source - Hosted
  • Operating system: Docker
  • Browser + version: Chrome Vs 3.0X

Hi I’m new to Zammad and I’m hoping that you can help with some reporting functionality:
Reports I would like to run, but can’t see where to create them:

  • Time agents logged in for 1st ticket, and logged-out from last ticket dealt with
  • How many touches a ticket had from start to finish (as the history is available I assume this is possible)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
