Reporting - Daily Report - Show Tickets by "Last Updated" and their latest


  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: Microsoft Edge 121.0.2277.128

Expected behavior:

Have the option on the Report to see all of the Tickets that was Updated and also have the ability to show the latest not of the ticket

Actual behavior:

The option is not showing and I can’t add “Latest Note”

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the Reporting section

Using updated_at “today” or within a specific time period is not an option?

I’m not really sure if reporting is really the way you’re looking for. What are you trying to achieve? Why do you need this list? Let’s start with that.
