Report Details for KPI reporting

Hi, I’m quite new with Zammad and would like to ask some help regarding the reports generated by the system. Is it possible to generate a customize report having the following details:

Response Time or Acknowledgement of ticket
Hours Spent per ticket
Number of ticket per defined SLA
Ticket count per category

yes you can get those information, but not from Zammads reporting.
Kibana in combination with Elasticsearch might be what you’d be searching for.
