Remove Existing Channels

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • I would like to remove the Email channel because we would like to use O365

Actual behavior:

  • I can’t find an option to remove the email channel manually

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Go into the settings to Channels, Email

You mean the big red “DELETE” button does not do it’s job?
