I have my support.kodular.io site running with Zammad
However, I would like that when an user access to support.kodular.io, they get redirected to support.kodular.io/help instead of the login page
How can I do so?
Ummm… sorry for asking, but how will you login as agent…?
Beside, simpelst non update daring way would be to do it within your webserver config with a redirect. That’s out of scope of Zammad.

I mean, what I want for support.kodular.io is to be like the KB page, and having to log in on somewhere else, like support.kodular.io/login
