Title: Redirect File Upload to a third location and replace the attachement with a Link to it
1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Remove Attachments by time.
2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
- Customer with confidential Files. (According to our customers, all files are confidential)

3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
- Zammad do not allow removeing Attachements
4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
- 2), GDPR based rules from our mother company, No data stored that not needed, better user access control. (who and read/write), More data sensitive agent

Your Zammad environment:
- Average concurrent agent count: 3
- Average tickets a day: 20
- What roles/people are involved: agent and customer
Anything else which you think is useful to understand your use case:
We got the advise to store customer Data on a certain Infrastructure where at least specific filetypes has to be removed after around 90Days after closing a ticket. If we are not able to do that we have to change to a Ticket system of our Mother Company.
Please add possibility to add webhooks for uploaded files. So we could redirect them and replace attachments with a Link to this resource.
