It could be useful to know the URL which the customer is sending the form.
Proposal:
Add a new checkbox option on Form Designer “Receive URL when creating new tickets”.
On click, add to the ZammadForm JS method a send_url attribute setted to true.
If send_url, append to the end of body form the window.location.href
