First of all - thank you for a great product!
The issue:
I’ve created a number of ticket objects which should only be editable by agent and not by customer. But I need customer to be able to see these objects. Basically, a read-only access to certain objects. Is it not possible by design or am I missing something?
Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 3.4x
- Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
- Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
- Browser + version: Chrome 83.0.4103.116
Expected behavior:
- Ability to set “view only” permission on certain objects for customer role
Actual behavior:
- No such option
