Read only/view permission on ticket objects

Hi community!
First of all - thank you for a great product!

The issue:
I’ve created a number of ticket objects which should only be editable by agent and not by customer. But I need customer to be able to see these objects. Basically, a read-only access to certain objects. Is it not possible by design or am I missing something?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.4x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 83.0.4103.116

Expected behavior:

  • Ability to set “view only” permission on certain objects for customer role

Actual behavior:

  • No such option

I’m afraid that read only objects are currently not available in Zammad.
