# Read Emails from Zammad with third party application

Is there any chance i can read emails imported into zammad with a third party application. Also not only read the emails, tag them as well

why don’t you simply read them from the email server using either IMAP or POP3? Oo

thats what its done now  
but we want to now read the mails from zammad since every mail will be created as ticket in zammad

Maybe I am watching the wrong movie but Zammad already sends emails when it creates a ticket…

Anyway, I do not know the answer to whatever thing you have in mind 🙂

If you want to tag tickets and get their content, use the API.  
If that’s not what you want, your use cases are not clear enough to help you, sorry.
