Random Ticket Creation


Yesterday something strange started happening. In the activity stream I saw a handful of accounts being created and updated. I can delete them but them just come back after about an hour. Also, they seem to update about every 40 minutes. I am on version 2.7.0. Any help or understanding would be appreciated.

No. Only Exchange integration.

these are customer accounts? Is your system reachable through the internet? Is it allowed to create tickets via Web interface?


Customer accounts, Yes reachable no not allowed.

Update, when I disabled the exchange integration the problem stopped.

Then it is no Problem/Bug, it is your Contact sync. Which is intended :slight_smile:
