Quotes or performatted text in Zammad

Hello,

we’re service provider and use Zammad to documate our IT-Servicedesk. It often happens that we store certain snippets in Zammad - in the ticket as well as in the knowledge base. We would appreciate if Zammad would support “quotes” or “performatted text”.

for example STRG+E in this forum

You may want to use the big ol’ text editor feature request instead of opening your own one as this is technically a sub part of it. Would be kinda useless to split votes for that, right?
