Question about knowledgebase

Is it possible that a user get recommendations about articles in the knowledgebase when he is using words in tickets, that are actually tags in the knowledgebase?
This would reduce the amount of tickets slightly

Zammad does not have any suggestion function, neither for tickets (or in that scope) nor the knowledge base. The knowledge base however does have tags like tickets do.

Is this something that is considered for a future release? This would be really nice and would reduce the amount of tickets

We generally do not communicate any ETAs or roadmaps. I thus cannot answer your question.
