Puma Clustered mode

Hi,
is the Puma clustered mode configuration supported for the Zammad “main/puma” process ?

  • Operating system: centos 7.5
  • Browser + version: Chrome 89.0.4389.82

I believe this is what our environment variable WEB_CONCURRENCY is actually doing.
I’d like to suggest to use the official suggested way from the docs:
