Public Links fails

Good morning,

unfortunately I can not create a public link.
I try to create the links according to the instructions at Public Links — Zammad Dokumentation. But I get an error message “Screen is not included in the list”. Unfortunately I don’t know or I can’t find any other clues for the error in the logs. What am I doing wrong?

Expected behavior: create a link at Login Screen

Actual behavior: Fails with “Screen is not included in the list”

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Check in diffrent Browsers and with diffrent choosen options

I’m unable to reproduce that.
Possibly your upgrade installation was not successful without you noticing.

Updating to the latest possible version might also overcome this.

1. What database do you use?
2. Did you do any migration from maria/mysql before?

I’ll have to discuss it first. The system is running productively and an upgrade is not easily feasible. I’ll get back to you as soon as we have the latest version.

Run /opt/zammad/contrib/packager.io/postinstall.sh to ensure that you really have a clean updated instance. I’m unable to reproduce this at all and -at least from the screenshot- I also can’t tell any issues.
