Hello! There is a problem connecting to the mail server. I do not have access to the mail server and there is no way to change the settings.

Incoming mail server setup:

  1. Protocol: IMAP
  2. Hostname:
  3. Port: 143
  4. Connection security: STARTTLS
  5. Authentication method: Common password
  6. Username: account name

Outgoing mail server setup:

  1. Hostname:
  2. Port: 587
  3. Connection security: STARTTLS
  4. Authentication Method: Kerberos/GSSAPI
  5. Username: account name

Zammad v 6.0.0-1692878382.d934d5b3.centos8
OS: CentOS 8
e-mail server provider -Exchange Server
when trying to connect, the error “The connection was refused.”

Zammad has the ability to connect to Office 365. Can I make changes to the configuration by specifying the server address I need to connect to my provider’s server?

Zammads Email channel has no Kerberos/GSSAPI support.
The Microsoft 365 and Google OAUTH approaches are provider specific and cannot be recycled.
