Problem with OTRS Import to Zammad

  • Used Zammad installation source: Ubuntu Package

Expected behavior:

*Hello,
We heard about the same Zammad and currently have an OTRS running.

Actual behavior:

  • The problem is that he imports the things for about 30 minutes and then this error occurs:
    (ActiveRecord::RecordNotUnique)
    DETAIL: Key (id)=(2831392) already exists.
    : INSERT INTO “histories” …

    Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Please ensure to run the import within a clean Zammad installation.
During import you may not create tickets manually.

If you do, you create race conditions.
