Problem with Mail Suggestion in "TO" Field

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2
  • Used Zammad installation source: Source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Version 79.0.3945.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Since updating form 3.1 to 3.2 we are encountering an issue when forwarding or replying to a ticket via mail channel. Since the update the Zammad Ticketing System is no giving us suggestions for known mail customers. We know have to enter the entire mail address each time.

This is not efficient at all. Can you give us a feedback whether this is a known issue or maybe even just a new configurable feature?

Your searchindex is broken, updating to 3.2 makes it mandatory to rebuild your index.

zammad run rake searchindex:rebuild
