Problem shared organisation


  • Used Zammad version: 2.3.0-1518000657.f2e54de7.xenial
  • Used Zammad installation source: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 63.0.3239.132 + Firefox 58.0.2

We used to have some shared organisations and accroding to this customers could look into each other tickets. But now we don’t want this anymore, so I changed the correspondingly attribute from true to false.
In the customers overview the tickets disappeared, but they are still able to look into tickets from other users, as long as they share he same organisation and have a link to the ticket.
This should be possible anymore or do I miss something?

This was a bug and it’s fixed now.

i’ve got an problem the other way around… i’ve got a shared company and want that customer see linked ticket´s. But linked ticket´s are only visible for agends
