# Problem, New article with E-Mail contact

### Infos:

- Used Zammad version: 3.1
- Used Zammad installation source: source
- Operating system: ubuntu 18
- Browser + version: Safari 12.1.1

### Expected behavior:

- Selection of contacts when creating a new article with e-mail delivery.

### Actual behavior:

- No selecting contacts and no suggestion list.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- Always no suggestion list

- Are there any errors in your production.log ?
- Are you using elasticsearch and if so is it up and running?
- Is the User/E-Mail-Address an existent user in Zammad?
