Problem LDAP-Sync after update

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.3.0-1518000657.f2e54de7.xenial
  • Used Zammad installation source: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 63.0.3239.132 + Firefox 58.0.2

Expected behavior:

  • Zammd should sync with our LDAP

Actual behavior:

Everytime Zammad trys to sync we get the following error:

undefined method `ascii_only?’ for nil:NilClass

Seems to be a bug.

I have upgraded to 2.4 but still the same issue.

According to Githup, the fix is still pending. So we have to wait a few more days :slight_smile:
