Problem LDAP after Restore over ssh Script

  • Used Zammad version: 2.7
  • Used Zammad installation source: docker Comntainer
  • Operating system:
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Backup System over zammad_backup.sh
  2. recreate Docker Conainer
  3. Restore Zammad System over zammad_restore.sh
  4. no Problems but User search not all User found
  5. resync Ldap is not the answer

What i’am doing wrong in the Backup.

Please reindex your elasticsearch instance. I guess the problem lies there.

Since I have the system running in Docker, I can use the command

zammad run rake searchindex:rebuild

not let it go, or if so, how?

Should work. It will throw errors if it does not work.
Please provide production log, too.
