i would like to see a possibility to print an entire ticket, including the attachments. We are a small property manager (3 employees including me and my wife) and this is important to us to create documents for lawsuits on demand and to archive tickets as proof for customers.
Example: case of insurance. we need to exactly document the damage and the correspondence with insurance and craftsmen.
- usual ticket print
- followed by printout of each attachment will it be JPG, PNG, PDF, …
- filename of attachment before each attachment or any other marker to identify to what message each attachment belongs
Would be great:
- possibility to export or print to PDF automatically when closing the ticket.
This is the only missing function for us. As soon as this is implemented, we can use ZAMMAD as full substitute to Outlook.
