Hello, we successfully imported an existing Freshdesk instance into our new Zammad test deployment and have been making configuration changes, e.g. setting up outgoing and incoming email. Instead of wiping these custom settings when the time comes to import again and make Zammad our production ticketing system, is there a way to preserve the custom settings and drop only the data imported from Freshdesk?
