Prefillable custom fields for chats

please add custom fields to the chat function.

something like CustomerName, Attr1, Attr2, Attr3
which gets displayed in zammad when the agent opens the chat.
this fields shall be prefilled or editable by the customer.
Please also add the displayed to the customer to remove the option that this fields can be edited by the customer.
