Hi there,
I noticed in the documentation that date/time variables can be formatted: [Variables — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation](https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/misc/variables.html#date-and-time-formatting)
Is it possible to format variables that aren’t date/time in this way? For instance, if I wanted to use the `#{user.lastname}` and strip everything after the first letter, would something like that be possible?

No, datetime is the only thing you can format.
