  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    I want to add a public and an internal note to a ticket with a trigger.

  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    I want to add a public and an internal note to a ticket with a trigger.

  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    Because I can only add one note per trigger.

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    I want to be able to add at least two notes per trigger.
