Please support big-5 encoding

Hi team zammad,

It seems to me that zammad currently doesn’t support big-5 encoding. big-5 is only used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau ( according to wikipedia) however it’d be great to see zammad supports this encoding method in the future.

would the missing support for big-5 encoding cause any trouble for agents and/or recipients?
Just want to understand.

Hi,

The issue only affects agents not recipients.
