Placetel API changed from v1 to v2

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version:
    5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
  • Operating system:
    Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version:

Placetel notified us their REST api v1 will be switched off and we are the only one still using v1 we need to go to v2 asap but how? The Endpoint in Zammad is fixed we have the latest version of zammad installed.
