Hello,
As you can read in the title, we have the problem that Pictures inside of tickets are not shown.
Our Situation:
We have a Webshop that automatically generates some emails that we use for internal clearing purposes with pictures from the shop or pictures that our technicians upload to the server.
Its much easier to assign these tickets to the right person if you can see the pictures, mostly because we always did it that way in outlook.
The problem is that these pictures are no regular attachments but links in html.
When i inspect the mail it shows me the pictures like this:
src="https://www.example.de/media/example_picture.jpg
Outlook also blockes these pictures aswell but you can just set an exception and they are shown just fine.
I assume that this is an security feature that just blocks everything from a different/ untrusted domain.
Is there a way to put an exception for our domain since it is our own webshop or to convert them to regular attachments since they are not shown at all inside of the ticket?
If i export the original mail via html the pictures are shown the way they should.
