We have the same problem. I initially thought it was due to my Debian 13 system, but it also occurs on my Debian 12 system. Is there another option for installing Zammad?

I know! It was just a test with a different server (IP address). I initially thought it was due to my IP address, because it might have been blocked by the repository. But unfortunately not. The repository is still down.
Thanks for the clarification. That makes sense now. I’ll wait until Debian 13 is officially supported or look into an alternative installation method in the meantime. Appreciate the help!
The zammad repo is down, so you don’t have to worry about that 500 error. It won’t work to run apt-get update. You can either wait and try again later or do a source install. This is much more stable on Ubuntu 24, especially if you need more than one server.
Correct. About an hour ago packager.io told me it‘s fixed. Couldn‘t verify it earlier. It‘s fixed for stable only though - develop still fails which should be fine for most of us.
