Overviews: Use tag-condition twice

Hi. I’d like to setup an overview with two tag-conditions:

  1. tags include “tag1”
  2. tags include NOT “tag2”

Example: We tag an mail with “order”. After the offer is sent we add an aditional tag “offer sent”. Now we want an overview with open orders, including all mail with tag “order” but without tag “offer sent”.
But tag condition is greyed out after first use.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

There’s no fix. :slight_smile:

Zammad does not support AND/OR conditioning, all conditions are AND.
Right now, you can only use one attribut of the same type.
