Hello Zammad Team !

As (not) told in the Overviews part of the Docs, Tags are not part of the Attributes.

As i use Zammad to group tickets geographically, tagging them by application, i need to be able to create overviews for my operator for them to manage applications in their geographical scope.

Could you make it possible to create overviews with the tag attribute please ? This would be greatly appreciated, you have to believe me ! :grinning:

Cheers !

Hi,

this should work fine. Tags are available to create custom overviews.

regards

Hello Hannes,

Thank you for your quick reply !
Actually, i was talking about the “attributes”

Do you think possible, in some way, to customize these columns ?

In advance, thank you again for your help which is very welcome !

My first thought was „yes. We could use that to for grouping the tickets by location for better clustering the onsite support.

But if you give a ticket additional tags for other purposes, it might be difficult to display all these tags in the overview?

Ìm not shure if creating a mandatory „custom field“ in the ticket for location and application could be a better solution?

What do you think?

Hi !

Yes ! Yes ! Yes !

Many thanks for your external point of view, which was more than helpful.
Sometimes you’ve got to think out of the box…

I’ve created a custom field that’s perfectly adapted to my initial need, tags were a workaround actually (but i didn’t know before you told me about the custom fields).

Many thanks, i’ve managed to get a good solution !

You´re welcome.
An external point of view is helpful very often.
So perfect, that I was able to help you.

Next time, I appreciate your help.

No problem, i’ll keep an eye on the community
