Infos:
Used Zammad version: 6.0.0-1690808786.95163353.bullseye
Used Zammad installation type: package
Operating system: Debian Bullseye
Browser + version: Google Chrome 115.0.5790.170 (64 bit)
Expected behavior:
The navigation arrows stay in place while clicking through a bunch of tickets.
Actual behavior:
When I’m clicking through closed tickets (for review/audit purposes), sometimes the navigation arrow simply disappears.
Curiously enough, it sometimes reappears when I hit the browser’s “back” and “forward” buttons.
It occurs with basic continuous clicking as well – no window switching or similar.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a ticket through a (bulging) overview
Press the navigation arrow to get to the next one
Repeat this step multiple times
(Opening this request on behalf of someone else. Sorry, if I’m slow to respond.)
Overviews have a hard limit of 2100 tickets per overview.
So what you’re trying to use there is potentially not working due to that limitation.
The information directly comes from overview scope.
Double check if this also happens with overviews well within that limit.
If it doesn’t, then it’s the number of tickets.

Thanks for your input.
We gave it a try with an overview that has as few as 38 elements and the issue occurs as well.
Might the tickets that you can’t go through possibly appear after opening the ticket that no longer has the arrows? This might be caused by the overview having no “more” tickets to go to but at a later point does (however, the zoom does not refresh that situation)

Unlike regularly reaching the end of such a zoom (where one button would be grayed out), the arrow buttons disappear completely.
