OTRS4 Migration ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint

Infos:

I tried to migrate with the web assistent our OTRS 4 to Zammad but i get this error message
the server is dedicated root server with 16GB of ram

  • Used Zammad version: newest fresh install from today
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: debian 10
  • Browser + version: Version 91.0.4472.77 (Offizieller Build) (x86_64)

Expected behavior:

i have all our tickets, user, settings in Zammad

Actual behavior:

PG::UniqueViolation: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint “groups_pkey” DETAIL: Key (id)=(34) already exists. : INSERT INTO “groups” (“id”, “name”, “note”, “updatedbyid”, “createdbyid”, “createdat”, “updatedat”) VALUES ($1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $6, $7) RETURNING “id”

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make a fresh install and try to migrate a OTRS 4 Setup
