the customers, when open the ticket, have to choice only their queue
Actual behavior:
Now When the customers open the ticket see all queue
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have tryed open a ticket, as customers. I can choice a Ticket Title, object and I have to choice a queue group, state too.
I want when customers open tickets, they can choise their queue automatically and to remove state of ticket because it will be certainly open.
I want only disable ticket state for customers when open a new ticket and automatically assignment to group.
For example Customers are subscribed to certain groups, they must be able to open tickets only for those groups without seeing the complete list of groups as now
