Only one email inbox keep generating so many same tickets

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) source
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: Microsoft edge 91.0.864.67

Expected behavior:

  • one email to one ticket

Actual behavior:

  • one email generate one ticket every 30 second

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Sorry but with the existing information it’s hard to help you in a good way.
Sounds like you’re having some kind of loop - but without knowing if it’s exact the same mail, if it’s an answer your agent sent (or if it’s from a customer) and especially what your channel settings are nobody will be able to help you here.
