# Only "new" ticket status can be selected

### Infos:

- Used Zammad version:6.5.2
- Used Zammad installation type:package
- Operating system:Ubuntu 22
- Browser + version: edge 154.0.4258.37

### Expected behavior:

- any ticket status can be selected ( closed, pending close, etc..)

### Actual behavior:

- only “new” showig up in the selection dropdown

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- created the same core workflow in test system, same behavior

- workflow set like below

- when i want to set the state, its like this (only “new” can be selected:

Before anything else, upgrade to Zammad 7.2 asap.  
Zammad 6.,5.x is outdated and there were several CVEs fixed.

Also, Core Workflow behavior may have changed during the time.
