We recently upgraded to Zammad 4.1. Some (but not all) old closed tickets (from before the update) cannot be edited (for example by: creating notes, responding by e-mail, changing status) unless you click the Subscribe-Button beforehand. Otherwise you would get this error:
The error ID is always different.
After clicking the Subscribe-button, all the actions above can be performed without a problem. It is also possible to click Subscribe, then unsubscribe again to perform the actions.
Expected behavior:
Being able to perform actions on old tickets without having to subscribe to the ticket beforehand.
Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Find an old ticket from before the update to 4.1. Perform an action (like creating a note). Error occurs.
