We recently added an object to our ticket, and despite the warnings after applying the migration, no restart of Zammad have been performed until many hours later.
We found out now, many emails Zammad received in the interval between the change and the restart didn’t create a ticket!
Are these email lost? Or can they be reprocessed somehow?
