Expected behavior:
When a new ticket is created, user should receive (at least next to the bird a notification).
Actual behavior:
I have two users both are admin and agent. Same rights, same groups, same notifications settings.
Only 1 of 2 is receiving notifications (pop-up and email). Nothing on the second user…
If the ticket is assigned to the second user, the notification is working when the customer update the ticket…
I did a migration from OTRS.
Any idea ?
