Notifications issues


Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
Used Zammad installation source: via DEB
Operating system: Buster
Browser + version: Firefox 86.0

Expected behavior:

When a new ticket is created, user should receive (at least next to the bird a notification).

Actual behavior:

I have two users both are admin and agent. Same rights, same groups, same notifications settings.
Only 1 of 2 is receiving notifications (pop-up and email). Nothing on the second user…

If the ticket is assigned to the second user, the notification is working when the customer update the ticket…

I did a migration from OTRS.

Any idea ?


Have you looked at the zammad production log to see what happens when you assign a ticket to this user?

Yes i do. Nothing displayed.
I just did another migration from OTRS, and it does not happen anymore…
