Our current workflow:
- a ticket is created in Zammad by a customer (eg: reporting a bug)
- the bug is created then on GitHub (same principle for Gitlab)
- when the issue is closed on GitHub, we have to remember to notify the customer we fixed the problem and it will be in the next release
Since Zammad 4.0, the ticket contains a link toward the issue (which is great!) but ideally, when the issue is fixed, the ticket owner should have a notification. This way, he/she will remember to tell the customer in the Zammad ticket that the problem is solved and will be shipped in the next release.
