Nothing after Restore from Backup

  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

We have Zammad, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL correctly installed. Restore from backup and continue from the test environment. Our test environment was CentOS and our Production environment is Debian.

Actual behavior:

We have Zammad, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL correctly installed. When I attempt to restore from backup, it appears to be successful through the command line, but nothing is restored.

When I restore using bash -x zammad_restore.sh I get a ton of “Permission denied” errors.

Could you please share the output of the script? Otherwise helping you will be impossible.
