No Response Mail for Spam

Good morning,

is there any way to prevent Zammad from sending an email for closing spam tickets?
Every time I close an (email)ticket with the macro “Mark as Spam & Close” an email is send to the spammer… thats… uncool :wink:

You could adjust your Trigger to not do that.
If you’re using the standard Macro for closing spam, you could add “Tag contains one not spam” as condition to said trigger.
