No mail with triggers

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.1-1755869083.a659a77f.bookworm
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: debian
  • Browser + version: Chrome 142

Expected behavior:

recieve an automated mail after creating a ticket via mail

Actual behavior:

no mail is send

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I send a mail to zammad via Office 365. Microsoft 365 Graph Connector is configured and set to group. The new ticket apears in zammad, but no autorespond. When I look in logfile I found this:

So the trigger works, but send no mail

Try to check if an email is configured for the Group.

Would you mind to share more form the Log that just loop1? Because usually Zammad would indicate if it sends emails and if not that it chose not to.
