No longer able to close tickets

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: zammad_2.5.0-1530204453.412e1077.xenial_amd64.deb
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Debian Stretch
  • Browser + version: Firefox, IE (latest)

Expected behavior:

  • Tickets are closed when selecting “Close”

Actual behavior:

  • Tiecket ist still open

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Klick on “Close Ticket”

Where can I start troubleshooting?

so you click close, then click update?

i don’t know if the scheduler is involved in that process, but check your delayed_jobs table in postgres to see if there are 1000s of jobs in the queue.

Yes, I selct close and click update!
An email to the customer is generated that the case is closed, but state remains open.

How do I check the delayed_jobs table?

Ah! I think I found it!

There was a trigger which suddenly behaved different. Strange! Will investigate that…
