No "active agents" show when "customer chat" enabled

Expected behavior:

  • User should show up in “Active Agents” when “Customer Chat” is enabled.

Actual behavior:

  • User is not in “Active Agents” list. Additionally a refresh will turn off :Customer Chat". Sometimes a service restart of Zammad will fix the “Active Agents” list from being empty. However a refresh or a toggle of “Customer Chat” will make the user name go away.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • As the logged in user, select Customer Chat. Set it on. Click on the "Active Agents . List reports “none” . Should have the logged in user.
